Return to your private seller dashboard for property-specific messages, viewing requests and requests to access controlled documents. You decide which requested documents to share.
Choose the negotiation you want to open
See individual buyer offers and open the specific negotiation or deal you select. Your dashboard does not automatically become a buyer's deal flow when an offer arrives.
Organise your property presentation and viewings
Prepare photos, video and an open-home schedule. When public listings are available, use the Info Pack's publishing controls to share your property website.
Keep professional advice independent
You can independently engage a suitable professional where needed. Realy is software, not a real estate agency, and does not negotiate on behalf of sellers or buyers or provide legal advice. Proposed terms are not binding until both parties sign a Sale and Purchase Agreement.
